The Black Faced Mare (Betty) was a gorgeous and outstanding mare. A wonderful example of the Gypsy Breed. She was a direct daughter of Roadsweeper UK. She stood at 14.3, had a beautiful head, the sweetest eyes and personality to match. She was as fun to ride as she was to look at. Betty had all the qualities I look for in a Gypsy Horse. I loved her and could not be more pleased to own her. Thank you Anne Crowley of Vintage Vanners for the chance to own this lovely mare.

In the time that we had Betty, she has had two fillies, both sired by Vintage Vanners Bommarito. The first was Kalista- who is now owned by Anne Crowley of Vintage Vanners. Next she had BRF Khole. Who is now owned by Lee Griffith. After that she gave us Prince Charles and the last foal she blessed Belle-Reid Farm with was BRF's Wizard.

February 1st, 2021 Betty crossed the rainbow bridge at the old age of 30+. (Since she was imported and we ere not her first owners, we never knew her exact age.) Thank you for all the lessons you taught, the many hours you listened, the hearts you touched and the unconditional love you gave. Run hard and free sweet girl. You will be forever remembered and always missed. Until we meet again....Happy Trails.
